Raymond has been professional and licensed cosmetologist since 1999. He started Manecuts in 2011 and provides mobile hair styling and cutting services to an exclusive set of clients in New York and New Jersey. This includes private appointments, weddings, anniversaries, graduations or just a great night on the town. Services include haircutting/styling, hair extensions, blowouts and more. Depending on scheduling bookings can be done across the United States and Internationally.

He became specialized in the structure of motion and hair styling at the Michael O ‘Rourke Institute of Courage in 2005. In 2008,  became an expert in Temptu hair brushing and makeup and graduated from the Mudd Makeup Academy specializing in beauty and makeup of film and TV in 2009.

Along with providing hairstyling services, Ray is the author of the book: Hairstylist 101: Tips, Trick, Tools and Techniques That Turn Beginners into Pros. In this book, he teaches various hairstyle techniques and gives sound advice for anyone interested in the beauty industry.

He is also the owner of the site Hairstylist101.com which is an online platform used to educate other hairstylists on the art and science of haircutting and styling. You will find tons of useful content about hair, product recommendations, and styling tips.
